"My....fantasy place?" Flyte licked her lips and looked down at Masafumi. "W-well, I don't know. I don't think about things like that." She pulled her legs to her chest and hugged them.

Masafumi shrugged. "Europe? Australia?" he offered some easy answers. "Hell, it could be New York!" He was just playing around a bit. He was a little hyper at the moment and stood up.

Flyte stared at him. "I told you, I don't know." Her teeth clicked together and she stood up shakily. "Come on, we'd better get back." But she just dropped onto the snow again and hugged herself, shivering. "I-it's really....c-cold...out here." She whispered.

Masafumi amazingly didn't have a jacket or anything at the moment, so nothing to offer to her. Instead, he smiled and held out his hand to help her up. "Okay, good plan," he stated quietly. Ayra lifted his own weight off the snow covered earth aswell, leaving a large indent in the snowy surface.

Flyte took his hand and pulled herself up, sighing and rubbing her arms. "Man, why do I have to be so sensitive to the cold?" She growled to herself, quickly mounting Past. The horse perked up immediately, glad to start walking.

Masafumi watched as the girl went over to her horse. It took him a moment to get himself mounted, but that was fine and dandy. It was getting Ayra to start moving that was the problem... Soon, though, Masi won out and the horse fallowed after Flyte and Past.

Past trudged through the snow, not liking the way it clung to her legs. Flyte looked up at the sky, letting go of the reins and rubbing her hands together. "If it keeps snowing like this we'll be stuck inside...we'd better hurry." She nudged the mare to go faster, and she reluctantly obliged.

Masafumi's smile faded. "Okay, let's go," he said as he attempted to make Ayra speed up. The horse had been so comfortable as he laid in the snow, but he was still being forced to move faster.

"I can see the stable!" Flyte brought Past to a fast trot, wanting to get out of the cold. They got through the stable doors in a hurry, and Flyte dismounted to bring her into her stall. "That's a good girl." She said softly, taking off the bridle and hanging it over the stall door to take off the saddle. As soon as everything was off Past shook her mane and made all the snow fly off.

Masafumi fallowed in, but stayed mounted. He was sort of lazy at the moment. When he was in front of Ayra's stall, he dismounted and led the stallion in, untacking him and placing it all back into the tack-room. "I'll groom them if you want," he offered. "So you can get out of the cold."

Flyte stopped mid-step, about halfway from the tack room. Like always she had the saddle on one arm and the bridle over her shoulder. "Oh no, I can groom Past." She smiled, quickly putting her tack away and getting out her grooming box.

Masafumi shrugged, but kept a smile. "Okay," he stated and retrieved the stables grooming kit and returned to Ayra's stall. He ran a comb through the stallion's mane, noticing a few knots that bothered him a bit. He then brushed off the snow from the red stallion, who now looked brown due to the melting ice.

Flyte used the sweat scraper to wipe off all the snow on her back, then started combing out her mane and tail. Like always there were plenty of knots for her to work on. When she was done she checked her legs to make sure they were okay and dry, before closing the stall door. "Don't cause trouble." She sighed to Past, rubbing the mare's forehead. She snorted and turned away.

Masafumi was now cleaning the horse's hooves that were full of rock and dirt. He didn't mind cleaning them at all. It kept him busy and focused. When he was done, the horse almost knocked off Masi's glasses. "That's not nice," he said in dismay.

Flyte watched from the isle. "Don't break your nose." She sighed, looking at the horse. "You're handsome, y'know that?" She smiled slightly and tilted her head.

Ayra was trying to eat Masafumi's hair. "Damn, it can't smell that good," he said, trying to get away. Once he did, he tried fixing up his slimed hair. "Ew..."

Flyte giggled and leaned over , pulling off her glove to scrape the slime out of his hair. "Not used to horse tactics, huh?" She wiped it on her jeans and smiled innocently.

Masafumi smiled. "No," he said. "I'm not used to horses at all. I never really knew anything about them till I moved here... three months ago... ... Thanks." His smile didn't fade.

"Why did you move here?" She asked, leaning forward in interest. "It's about time you did some talking yourself." She pouted and batted her eyes. "Did you live in Japan before?"

Masafumi shrugged. "Scienery?" he said, offering something as simple. Sighing, he looked over at the red brute, and started trying to fix his hair again. That was so sick. "As for the Japan thing, yeah. Born and raised by Fujiyama. It's nice there. And my music was well known..."

Flyte raised her eyebrows. "You're....a singer?" She asked in surprise, biting down on her lip and flinching as she drew blood. She quickly licked it away and turned around. Was this why he had interested her? She glanced up at the ceiling as if the answer lay there. I can't. She darted down the isle, but stopped at the doors. The snow was dropping viciously now, and she couldn't see anything in the bleak whiteness. And she still had his gloves.

Masafumi placed a hand on the back of his head, one eye closed. "Yeah," he said. "Moment my voice broke, at that." He couldn't help but smile in pride. He never realized it, but his voice was way deeper then what it was as a child. Soon he found himself remembering the days in a band going around Japan... at fourteen or so. He sighed and tried to shake the memories from his mind. At the start, the whole band idea was amazing, till the others got fed up with the traveling... Masafumi was left with people he never even met in his life and were all a lot older then he was.

Flyte squinted past all the snow, then turned back to Masi. "I...I think we're gonna be stuck here..." She said, moving forward as a strong wind blew her hair past her shoulders and made snow whir around her. Quickly snatching her schoolbag out of the way and shaking the snow out, she settled down on the ground and pulled out a thick book. But instead of opening it she merely placed it in her lap and leaned her head back against the wall, closing her eyes. Her fingers danced along her knees, and a strong sense of longing stroked her spine. "I used to play the piano." She said quietly. "Ten years, I practiced." She sighed and opened her eyes, her fingers falling limp onto the book.

Masafumi shrugged. "Least it's with the horses and not a mass of morons," he said, hoping she didn't classify him as a moron. He shrugged a little, trying to get used to the idea of being in the stable till the snow let up... if it happened.

"Yeah." Flyte said before coughing several times and sticking her nose into the book. After several quiet moments she coughed again and cleared her throat, but again she had to cough. "Egh." She muttered, pulling her legs to her chest and pulling her sweater over them. "I hate the cold."

For a moment, Masafumi slipped into the tack room and returned out with his denim jacket. He offered it to her. Maybe it would help her keep a little bit warmer. He, in all honesty, was fine. They had the heat on in the stable at a decent temperature, but after being out for a while would give anyone the sniffles... unless you're Masi.

Flyte shook her head. "I'm fine." She muttered, continuing her book, though her mind wasn't on it. Maybe I should take his jacket...he isn't wearing it. No, I already took his gloves...but he offered it to me... She shook her head. She must've read "And the girl could merely drop onto her bed and sob into her pillow" five times already.

Shrugging, Masi tossed the jacket on the floor and slid down the wall. Soon, though, he ended up back on his feet and walking back into the tack room. This time, he came back out with his book. He moved back to the spot by the wall and sighed.

"...Why aren't you singing any more?" Flyte asked shyly. Her hair was wet from the melted snow, and sticking to her neck and cheeks. She looked pale and small, and her cheeks were flushed red from the cold.

OOC: It's starting to get hard. Masafumi is a newer character so I can't really roll.
BIC Masafumi looked over to one of the stalls. "Because there's no point anymore," he said. "As came fame, my friends left. He sounded a little none-existant, but that might be because he had an unfinished book in hand. He started flipping the pages over and over again. "It wouldn't be the same without them, I guess..." He looked up at the cieling in dismay, but looked to Flyte and smiled.
