Welcome to one of the best Riding Academies in the whole country. Our 125,000 sq. ft. stable is perched upon the gorgeous, vast land of England. Our stable is a massive building consiting of
- 200 15 x 20 stalls complete with self-cleaning water troughs, feed buckets, underground heaters, built-in fans, oder-controller, bedding, stall mats underneath, 5 windows (two of front, one on each side of stall and one looking out.), & beautiful oak wood covering the stalls.
- Wash rack complete with grooming utensils, heaters/coolers, water trough, hose (hot & cold water), & saddle racks.
- Feed room consisting of all the horses food, scheduals on feeding times, medicine for horses, & First-aid kit for humans.
- Tack Room consitsts of 2 different rooms, one for the boarders and the other for the staff, 65 saddle racks, 65 bridal racks (there is a seperate rack outside of each horse's stall for bridals/halters as well.), helmet shelves, extra shelves (each person will be assigned 2 shelves, one for their helmet, and one for the extra items such as, grooming kits, crops, extra tack, etc.).
- The Lounge has a fireplace, show case for trophies and big wins from our students and staff. A refridgerater filled with soda, water, and snacks for the people at the stable. The lounge also have television, a computer, and internet for people who want to check their email or just pass time.
- Pastures are all at least 30 acres +. Mares and geldings will be seperated. Stallions will be in their own pasture that is 10 acres. A maximum of 5 horses are in each pasture. The pastures are well maintained and shaded with trees.
When boarders first arrive at Oceanic they will receive a stall, 2 shelves, saddle rack, & a bridal rack. If they have more than one horse everything will double or triple depending on how many horses they have.
The inside of the barn is lined with oak wood and the floor is made of hardwood. The barn also has iron bars on the horses' windows.
We expect the best from everyone and failure is not an option here. If you want to stay in, you have to work since being at Oceanic is a privalege. Only the best of the best come here and if you're not one of them. Pack your bags because you wont last long.
