Masafumi went into the drive of his condo. He was amazed that he found it concidering that he had been gone and all the condos looked exactally alike. For a few moments, he sat there before he turned the car off. "Okay," he began. "We're here. Home sweet, home." He stretched a little as he pulled the key from the ignition and got out of the car. He walked over to the other side of the car and opened the door for Flyte and Mila to get out. Right away, though, he ran up to the door and opened it. How he longed for the smell of insense again.

Flyte got out and helped Mila take off her seat belt, then turned to Masafumi as the girl got out of the car. "Condo sweet condo, y'mean." She sighed, then remembered something. Her eyes widened and she darted forward into the house. A book was lying on the couch, on the cover was a guy on a floor with a knife through his chest and a pool of blood around him. 'Watch Your Back' was the title. She quickly flipped that over so the cover was face down, and right when Mila trotted in she kicked another book, the cover just as gory, under the sofa to retrieve later. Besides the two books, and a pile of them over by Flyte's door, the house looked pretty much the same. Almost like no one had been in it.

Masafumi fell onto the couch right away. "I need to find my insense soon," he declaired. "The smell is almost gone." He sank into the chair. With a deep breath, he closed his eyes, smile across his face. "I missed this place." He took another deep breath and opened his eyes once more. "And you know," he said. "If you wanted to read gorey books, there's some in my room. In that big stack by the wall..." He smiled. He wasn't stupid, nor blind. Well, he was, but he had contacts, so he wasn't completely.

Flyte smiled nervously and shrugged. "I'm okay, thanks." She mumbled. "What's gory mean?" Mila piped up, pulling her attention from the inside of the house. It was almost as strange to her as the hospital had been. "When you get into a lot of detail about blood and guts and all that." "Like when Greg c-" Flyte put a hand over her mouth to stop her. "When Greg was cutting open that chicken, yes." She finished. Mila gave her a strange look, but didn't question it.

Masafumi sighed. "Let's not talk about dying animals," he siad. "Or dying anything for that matter." He was still a little sensitive about death since his mother had died. He ruffled his hair alittle and made himself a bit more comfortable, but ended up standing up to walk over to a small oil burner. Next to that was a small box; insense. He pulled a stick out and grabbed his lighter which was typically left there since he stopped smoking (for the most part). He struck the lighter and the flame started to burn. He took the flame to the insense and set it down in the burner. "I'm better now," he said, smiling.

"Don't touch that Mila, okay?" Flyte sighed, taking her hand off the girl's mouth. "I know, just like Georgia's candle spells. Georgia no want me to mess Georgia up." Mila nodded and looked around again, completely unaware that Flyte had just nearly bit her tongue off and was trying not to cringe as she tasted the blood. "Fire can burn you, and almost everything else it touches. That's why, okay?" "But Georgia touches-" "Enough, Mi." Flyte suddenly realized how much Mila knew about her past, and the girl had no idea that Masafumi wasn't supposed to find out about it.

Masafumi sighed. "Cigerette burns, my sweet?" he said sarcastically. He shouldn't have mentioned that, though. He used to burn himself all the time. It went with the cutting and the smoking itself. He stretched a little more and collapsed on the couch next to the oil burner. The room was starting to smell like rain fall. He obviously loved it. He was as calm as he could possible be.

Flyte sighed and sat down next to Masafumi. "Shuddup." She growled under her breath, then realizing how vile that sounded she cringed and wrapped her arms around his neck as if to make up for it. "Well, I'm not sweet, but I'm yours." She smirked and put her face close to his without actually touching him, as if teasing him. Insense never really affected her much. She wasn't one for scents, more for noise. But she hardly listened to music any more. Not since she stopped playing the piano.
((I remembered something that I can't tell you but it made me change my post xD;; ))

Masafumi now had a smug smile across his face as she grew closer to him. "Who said?" he wshipered. "You've never tasted yourself." He couldn't help but laugh a little. After that, he managed to get her to lay down on the couch as he started to kiss her. What was she really going to do to him? Not much, he was sure. Mila, on the other hand, might be a bit frightened by him and his actions.

Mila, fortunately, was distracted by Falone. She had spotted the raven sleeping on the windowsill, and tried to grab him. He rumbled and hopped out of the way. So instead she just gently patted his head. "Y'know what I-" Flyte allowed herself to be pushed back, though wasn't expecting it. She kept her arms around Masafumi's neck as she took the kiss, cutting off her sentence. There was no place she'd rather be than there at the moment.

Masafumi was bassically right against Flyte. Slowly, he pulled away. "I missed you," he whispered. He looked over at Mila for a moment to make sure she was busy with something else other then watching them. He turned his eyes back to Flyte, a smug smile on his face. For a moment, he stayed like that, just looking at her. Soon, though, he decided to do something that she probably wouldn't enjoy; he dragged his toungue across her lips before backing off a little and laughing.

Flyte pulled back and wrinkled her nose. "Down, boy." She said sarcastically, then made a face at him. "What was that for, punk?" It had been rather...awkward, but after being raped by the person she hated most in the world, she was sure she could handle some strangeness from the one she loved. Masafumi was, after all, a male. And guys could be, like everyone knew, quite queer at times.

Masafumi sat up and backed off. "I'm sorry," he whispered. He couldn't really help it. He knew he shouldn't have, though. "It wasn't my place to do that." He knew it was going to piss her off in the first place. Why had he done it?

"It's okay." Flyte said quickly, pulling her legs under her and letting Sinistre jump onto her lap. The cat rubbed against her arm before turning and curling up. She stroked him absentmindedly, staring out the window with blank eyes. When something crashed in her bedroom she jumped a good foot and toppled off of the sofa, sending Sin hurtling into the kitchen with an angry hiss. "Mila?" "Noise not me, Georgia, promise I!" The girl said, appearing at the side of the couch. And then loud, inhuman screeches from behind the door made her leap to her feet. She tripped over them again, but managed to catch herself and dart through the doorway into her room. The little girl blinked after her and glanced at Falone, who had his feathers puffed out and looked quite scared. There was another crash, and then several more screeches.

Masafumi slowly stood up and started walking twords Flyte's room. He wasn't sure if he was aloud to open the door, seeing as it was her room. Of course it was his house, so he decided to open the door anyway to see what was inside.
OOC: I don't know what you're planning so it's crappy, but I think it's the crow.

Flyte was sitting on the floor, holding an obviously angry and scared blue bird in the crook of her arm, and using her free hand to try and feel it's wing, but it was moving too much. The crow was sitting on the top of her dresser, peering down at them curiously and at the shattered glass around the girl. The bird in her arms started screeching again. Flyte started murmuring something under her breath, something that sounded like a song, and was completely unaware of Masafumi. The bird slowly quieted, and then eventually stopped struggling. Not stopping her song, Flyte cautiously checked the bird over and then stood up, cradling it in her arms. Mila's head appeared from behind Masi's legs.

Masafumi walked off for a few moments and returned with some bandages and ice, just in case. He walked back into the room and stopped next to Flyte. "These might help," he said. Then he looked over to the crow. "Nice seeing you again, Hell Fire..." He thought giving the bird a bit of a nickname would frighten it off. The fact that crows were supposedly burned in the depths of hell to get their dark color brought it to his mind anyway. He sighed a little. He'd have to get the window fixed now. He didn't like having odd people in his house, so he'd be best to do it on his own.

"Thanks." Flyte muttered, taking them and glancing back at the crow. "Hell Fire is right." She hissed softly, and the crow fluffed out his feathers indignantly. "Be a brat, see if I care, but you better leave before I make Sin chase you out." The black bird eyed the girl and hopped onto the windowsill and flew out. "I'm sorry, I'll pay for a new window." She said to Masafumi quietly before walking out. Mila scooted to the side of the doorway to let her out and then glanced back at Masi, confused.
Flyte walked into the kitchen, grabbed a hand towel, folded it as best as she could with one hand, and put it on the table. Falone hopped up onto a chair as she put the unconscious blue bird down and studied his wing a bit more. "Fracture, I think." She told her raven. "It'll heal in no time."

Masafumi fallowed out. He felt bad for the little bird, but there was really nothing he could do. Once he was in the living room, he fell onto the chair and sighed. For a moment he sat silently. "At least it will be okay, right?" he said, sighing once more. He felt so bad for the little guy. It was a wild bird and it was going to be stuck inside for awhile. That was probably the last thing the little bird wanted.

"She should be." Flyte said, carefully wrapping the bandage around the bird's wing. One of her eyes opened, and then the other. She blinked at Flyte. "You shouldn't get in fights with crows. You shouldn't even be here, it's fall." She told the bird softly, picking her up and putting her on her feet. She stood there stunned, ruffling her feathers and glancing around warily. She didn't even seem to notice the bandage, which was a good thing. When Flyte had the crow's wing bandaged, probably from a fight just like this one, he had gone berserk trying to get it off, and ended up hurting his wing more. Falone slunk down a bit, aware of his greater size. "What is Georgia doing?" Mila whispered to Masafumi, coming up besides him. "Are you going to be good now, or do you want to be free?" Flyte asked the bluebird. She stared at the human before her, ruffling her feathers more. "Alright, you're too stunned to answer." She sighed and picked her up gently.

Masafumi jumped a little at the little girl's voice. "She's helping a bird, Mila," he whipsered. He didn't want to say anything that would scare the bird, so he felt best staying quiet. "Hopefully she won't end up like that crow. Maybe she'll get to be free again." He shrugged a bit. "Am I going to need to get some bird seed?"

Flyte was slightly hurt from Masafumi's words. The crow was perfectly free, he just insisted on following her around everywhere. How could she stop him from doing that if he wanted to? "No," she mumbled, trying to hide her feelings. He probably hadn't meant it that way, but still. She hated being thought of as capturing birds, animals that were born to be free. The only bird she would ever even think of as hers would be Falone, but only because she had him so many years, and he had come to her first. And even then he couldn't fly. She could never figure out why he couldn't. Though I did have to leave him for a while when I first came to Oceanic. She thought glumly, remembering how dirty his cage had been. Even at home she had rarely kept him in there, but her parents would never have allowed him to roam the house without her. She pulled out of her thoughts when she felt a sharp sting on her hand. She looked down at the bird, who had just snapped to her instincts and bit Flyte's hand. "I'm sorry. I really am." She whispered to it. "I don't want you getting hurt more. Just don't get attached to me, okay?"

Masafumi sighed a little. "I don't know why the crow hangs around people anyway," he said. "People only care about other humans. In a rare occation you can find a human who wants to keep everything alive..." He sighed once more, obviously remembering his past once more; his mother. It wasn't fair that a bunch of creatures had to deal with such horrors. Humans often think that their lives are hard, but if they were to look at the life of a single wild creature, they would know how hard it is. He was sure it was hard even for captive animals. It simply irked him. "Ohwell, I guess..." His voice was now in whisper.

Flyte tensed for a second, her breath getting caught in her throat, before she quickly calmed herself. Aimee had been the very first thought when Masafumi said that, catching her offguard. She had been, after all, the only person who had wanted to keep Flyte. And she had certainly cared about everything else, besides herself. She'd been the perfect person that everyone loved...and Flyte had killed her. She shook the thought quickly. No, don't start thinking like that. She scolded herself mentally. But there had been Anriari too, Mila's sister, and she was also dead. Everyone you love gets hurt, or worse. Her chest tightened with a sickened feeling. Why couldn't she get Pierre's words out of her head? Why! She almost smacked herself with frustrastion. Without saying anything else she set the bird on Masafumi's leg, watched it shift uncertainly for a moment, then turned away and grabbed the book she had turned face down. Falone hopped obediantly onto her hand when she put it out to him, and he climbed up onto her shoulder. Still not talking, and being carefully watched by Mila, she clicked her tongue and the raven hopped onto her head and shrunk down slightly into himself. She tugged off Tony's green sweater, and pulled on a black one, all with him on her head. She then tucked the book under her arm, got her knife from the green sweater, and opened the door, "Where is Georgia going?" Mila asked before she could walk out.

Masafumi stood up as Flyte started to leave, the little bird set gently in his hand. He knew she was uncomfortable and that he shouldn't have said anything. For a moment he sat quietly, but jumped at Mila's voice. "I don't know.." he whispered. He felt stupid. He shouldn't talk. He didn't want to hurt her in any way. She's already had to deal with enough shit in her life. He debated if he should fallow her or not. She wouldn't do anything. She had more important things to worry about...

"I'm just going to find my sanity." Flyte said, almost meaning it literally. "Maybe catch up with my old foe; Time. He makes good ginerbread cookies." Saying this actually made her seriously doubt that she was sane. But without looking at the other two she was out the door. Mila stood there quietly for a second before bearing the courage to ask another question. "What is sanity?"

Masafumi sighed and sat back down. "Sanity is a state of mind..." he said, strocking the bird's back as gently as he could. "It's what people find to be normal and fine. She isn't insane, I just say some stupid things." He turned his eyes to the ceiling. Maybe he would go to the stable. Maybe even help Mila learn how to ride a horse if she didn't already know how. Maybe he'd run into Diata or Mika to help him find his own sanity.

"You not say stupid things." Mila said brightly, and watched the bird ruffle it's feathers again and chirp softly. Sinistre jumped onto the top of the couch and crouched down low, his tail waving, his narrowed gaze pinned on the bird. "Kitty!" Mila squeaked, grabbing at him. She rarely saw cats. Sin jumped back with an angry hiss, then turned and dove into Masafumi's room.

Masafumi sighed, turning his gaze down to the little bird. He barely noticed the cat in its stance ready to pounce. He barely wanted to reply to Mila either, so he didn't. For a moment longer he sat quietly, but turned his attention down the hall. Mindlessly, he started to speak. "I wonder what that cat would do if I smoked that room out..." he said. When he realized his words, he sunk down into the chair. He shouldn't have said that around Mila. Maybe he was quiet enough to the point she couldn't hear.

Mila had heard quite easily. Her ears were sharp from taking care of her two younger brothers. All her senses were, in reality. But she had no idea what he had meant, and didn't bother to ask since she knew he didn't want to talk. Her attention was distracted by knocks at the door. "Flyte! We have to talk." "Pierre..." Mila whimpered. Every time she saw him he wanted to take her away from her fun.
