For both humans AND horses, you must apply here. Your applications will be looked over by ethier a mod or an admin and you will etheir be accepted or declined. If you are declined, this simply means that you must go back and add more to you app, or look over the wording in it to see if it makes sense. Once you are accepted, your app will be moved by a staff member into the Accepted Humans or Accepted Horses board.

| Stalls
These are where the horses eat, drink, and sleep. In the summer, and during the warm months of the year, a door will be left opened in each of their stalls so that they can go in and out to their paddocks

| Pastures (4 sub-boards)
Horses will be seperated into 3 groups as of follows: Mare & Foal pasture, Stallion pasture, Mare pasture, Gelding pasture, and the Breeding pasture. Breeding pastures are small pastures where a choice mare and a choice stallion are put to breed.

| Paddocks
Paddocks are different from pastures. Paddocks each have 8 ft. wooden fences, food, water, but no grass. Sand is at the bottom of the paddock so that horses who just need to heal from an injury can do so. Paddocks are for just turning out your horse to catch some sun for a little bit, or for if you want to ride later, you dont have to go out to the pasture to get them.

| The Lunging Pens
Lunging Pens are small round pens that have cones about 4 ft. away from the fence, that creates a circle inside the pen, lunging whip, lunge line, & lunging gloves.

| The Trails (4 sub-boards)
Horses and their humans can go out on a long trail ride for practicing, or just simple riding. The trails consist of 3 different trails: Oceanic Beach, North Side Forest, Mallord's Landing, and Rocky Point. Each trail has a different terrain type. Some trails may be for more experienced riders so please be careful when you choose.

| Training Arena
Horses who are not yet broken or they are getting trained in a specific class must go here. This is to keep the horses who arent trained from getting in the way of those who are. Once your horse is trained, you may take them to the larger arenas. The training arena only has an indoor arena so that horses who are not yet broken cannot escape and the walls are padded just incase.

| Riding Arena (2 sub-boards)
This is a wonderful arena for those who are practicing for upcoming shows, getting some extra practice in, or just simply riding. The arena has 3 sections on the indoor and outdoor arena: dressage,show jumping, and cross country. All jumps in the cross country and showing arena are in tact and have 8 bars on them, you may lower them if you wish.

| The Lounge
The Lounge is a great hangout place for anyone. It is located inside the barn and has 4 leather couches, a refridgerater for everyone. The refridgerater is stocked with soda, food, water, & ice. The Lounge also has a microwave, oven, and stovetops. In the middle of the 4 couches a small, glass table is there and underneath it you can find teen magazines.

| Foaling Barn
The foaling barn is a comforting sound-proof barn that pregnate mares will go to several weeks before the foal is born. The stalls are huge: 30 x 30 stalls and there are about 20. The stalls each open into the mare & foal pasture so when the mares & foals are ready, they can be released into the pasture.

| Auctions |
| Stud Ring
Horses who are going to be put up for stud go here. These horses will be bidded on as if they were going to be bought and then the horse will go into a breeding pasture with a select mare. The foal's stats will be placed in the breeding pasture.

| Sales Ring
Horses that are put up for SALE go here. Once a horse is bidded on other people will have 3 days to keep bidding. The prices can go as high as the money you have in your bank account but dont go too high or else youll become bankrupt.

| Leasing Ring
Horses that are ready to be leased out will be placed in this ring so that someone can find the horse they are looking for. Remember, a lease is much different from a buy and any injuries that the horse has, falls upon the person who is in possesion of the horse.

| Trade Ring
Looking for a specific horse? Come to the trade ring to swap horses. No money is invloved in this kind of selling. The swap must be reasonable though. For example: you cannot trade your unbroken horse and expect anybody to trade a champion horse with you. It doesnt work that way.

| Vet and Clinic (2 sub-boards)
The vet and clinic are 2 buildings in one. The vet is on the right side and the clinic is on the left. Humans who are injured must go to the clinic and horses who are injured must go to the vet. Behind the vet building, there is a pasture where horses will be put over night (if the injury is that bad).

| Coffee House
The coffee house is a small building right down the road from the stable. In the morning you can head down there to pick up some coffee and breakfast for yourself. The coffee house is always a great way to start the day.

| Bank
The bank is where all the money for the people here is stored. Everyone starts out with $100,000 and you can gain or lose that money. If you lose all your money and your horse, lets say, gets a bad injury you can get a loan but sooner or later you must pay that loan off so please spend your money wisely.

Finished show winners and ribbons will be put here. If you recieve a ribbon you can put it on your horse's stall, and you will sometimes get money for coming in 1st. Most of the time, the money will range from $50-$300 depending on the type of show.

| Show Jumping
The show jumping shows are held in these arenas. There are both indoor and outdoor arenas depending on how nice it is out. These shows can be as intense as any major event, or as simple as one can hold in their backyard.
